This is the Designer Mystery Block of the Month from a year ago. Here are six of the blocks.
Here are three more. I'm on a roll. I made three blocks last week. Tomorrow I'm going to make the final three. I have the finishing kit and I will do the sashing, add the borders, take it down and quilt it on the longarm, bind it and it's done!!! Then...........
I will then get started on these two Block of the Month programs. (I'm not even going to mention the Block of the Month programs that I have "hidden" away in the cupboards. Why, oh, why!!!???!!!..........If you do your Block of the Month blocks on time every month what is your secret?
****Addendum: I didn't want you all to think that it was in any way the fault of The Fat Quarter Shop or any other quilting institution that puts the Block of the Month Programs together as the reason I don't get them done. Also, I don't want you to think that they are too difficult. The instructions are wonderful. Ladies, it's ME ME ME ME!

Well, the few that I have signed up for, I am usually on time for the first couple of months or so. Then I really need to do catch up. I don't know why that happens. But eventually they get done. So I do understand exactly where you are coming from. Just think of it this way, when you do get to them they will be just gorgeous.
Your blocks look beautiful Miss Jean! I've never been a BOM fan -- I'd never be able to make the monthly commitment!
Those blocks are beautiful! You got how many done in one week? Wow, you are on a roll. Hey, I still have to finish my first quilt! LOL Mumzie
Oh my. I should join you. I have the same BOM in about the same degree of completion as you. No, you are ahead of me now.
Too funny. I have a year plus of a block of the month, Womens voices civil ward quilt. Not one done yet and I had all the block in my home close to a year ago. I had so many other project started I would not let myself begin as i picked it up each month. And one month became two ect. Still too many projects!
Ha - your so funny Miss Jean! If I were doing something similar it would be books... I lurve to read but my stack grows each month instead of getting smaller through the year. ha ha
