Look what happened last week when I was sick! When I started feeling better I thought I'd take Maggie for a walk. I wasn't really paying attention to anything until I got to the end of my street. I looked up and WOW! Spring snuck up on me. Talk about beautiful. These are almond trees. It's my favorite time of the year. I end up spending hours on end in the back yard. Cleaning up from the winter, planting new spring flowers, repairing sprinklers!
I hope things are beautiful in your little corner of the world, too!

Oh, you're so lucky Miss Jean! It's been stormy and chilly here. I hope you're all better!
Spring seems to sneak in on us at times. Today it is flirting with us and bringing along temperatures in the 80s, so they say, which is not normal for this time of year but it is the spring tease. I have not seen almond trees so these are my first look, and they are so pretty.
It finally stopped raining here and with the blue skies and fresh air I am in a mood to decorate for Spring!
Oh you are lucky!
Isn't spring beautiful! We live in the desert and it is usually just sagebrush and dried grass. We've been having a draught in this area, too, for several years, but this year it's rained quite a bit.
Everything is green and the wildflowers are blooming all over... I've been able to cut way back on the hay I feed my horses because they can actually graze!
I can live with a few days of itchy eyes and sneezing to be given this blessing! I've posted a few pics of the horses grazing on my blog and plan to do some more before it is all gone.
Oh you are WAY further along in Spring than us.
I have bulbs showing their green, but no buds on the trees yet.. SOON
