Car Trouble...

Need I say more?

This was my Monday after picking up the boys 1 1/2 hours from home. I was about to check us into a motel and call it a day, but their dad got my car started and we limped home. I didn't want to have to ride all the way home in a tow truck with two little boys.

I hate car trouble. So much for Labor Day!

***Just a note to let you know we got the car fixed. It was the alternator @ $498!!! This evening the car started making a LOUD humming noise! Some days it doesn't pay to get out of bed.....

I hate car trouble too. I have had enough in my life.. That is nice that the boys Dad could fix the car so you could make it home. Now tomorrow you can have someone look at it to see what happened. $$$$ oh ya! Hope your week gets better. Sandi

Oh No! Sorry, this happened, and on a holiday too. If you are ever stranded like that, you can call me to the rescue...I'll come and get you. I hate car trouble. My radiator blow in Monterey once and Jen & I were stranded...then in again in Sonora. It's the worst when your out of town. Mumzie :0

Oh I'm so sorry to hear about your car trouble. It's just very un-nerving when things don't go as planned.

Hang in there,
Sharon

Sorry to hear that Jean. Glad you made it home ok. The boys probably would have thought they were having a great adventure riding in a tow truck!

I just had to replace the blower...yes...blower...in my car. Apparently, it's how hot or cool air gets "blown" into the car through the vents...

Whatever it's called, it was expensive...to the tune of $650 expensive.
