*Just a note to ease your mind. We have a leash that hooks into the seat belt latch on one end and on to Maggie's harness on the other. That way she is perfectly safe and secure while we travel. When I take her out of the car I attach her regular leash to her harness before I unlatch the other one that stays in the car. You can't be too cautious when traveling with your pets.

Sweet Maggie. Too funny when I see your pictures of Maggie I have to remind myself I am not looking at our Ladybug. We take a lot of pictures of her when we go also. Pictures of her sitting in Hubs lap, on the beach ect. Looks like you and Maggie had a good time.

Pretty Maggie...last week when I drove home from SLO with Katie she jumped on the gearshift and the car went into neutral at 65mph... I quickly shifted the wrong way and threw it into reverse. Whoops! The trusty Saturn did not miss a beat and we went on our merry way...Katie safely back in her doggie car seat. (worth the $100. bucks from the pet store!!!)

What a traveler. And yes, that seat belt clip is wonderful - we have 4 of them, but only 3 hooks in the back of our truck - we've never tried to take all 4 Scotties anywhere yet. That would be an adventure for sure.

What a great vacation! SHE stuffs us in travel crates when we travel, just cuz I'd like to drop kick Puffy the ancient over the rainbow bridge. Says it keeps down the racket. If it's a long trip, sometimes she'll let us out one at a time for some front seat lap time but not for long. Both Puffy and I like to drive and the Mr. doesn't like us sitting in his lap while he's driving. Triple AAA has a Pet Travel guide of pet friendly hotels. We've lucked out on travels and usually the places are nice. Once we got a crappy place and we left. SHE was afraid to let us walk on the carpet it was so bad, must less let anyone sleep on the beds.
Maggie is so pretty in those photos, you need to do a travel calendar!
